During the service check, if we find that further work is required, we will contact you first with an estimate of cost & to get your authorisation to continue. All customers will always be given a detailed & clear invoice, listing all the work that was carried out on your vehicle along with the parts that were replaced. All waste (filters, brakes, oils etc), generated whilst carrying out a service is either recycled or disposed of in accordance with 'The Environment Agency' regulations.
